MOMS FROZEN FRUIT SALAD
- 1 (#2) can fruit cocktail, diced
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 3 bananas, diced
- 1 flat can sliced pineapple, diced or chunk
- ¾ c. sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 pint whipping cream
- Drain juice from fruit. Chill. Add lemon juice. Add fruit juice to make one cup of juice. Add flour. Cook juice, sugar and flour until thickened. Beat egg with water. Pour cooked mixture over egg. Bring to a boil and cool until ice cold. Beat whipping cream. Fold into cold mixture. Add fruit. Freeze in 8x13 inch pan or freeze in cupcake molds with wrappers for individual servings. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before meal.
