MOM’S RUSSIAN CREAM
 
Ingredients
  • 2 env. gelatin, unflavored
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (#2½) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Dissolve gelatin in pineapple juice. Let stand ½ hour. Add 1 cup boiling water and let cool. Beat three eggs with sugar. Add gelatin and pineapple pulp. Beat cream until stiff. Fold in and chill in refrigerator. Stir several times while setting.
