MOM'S CREAMED SPINACH
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. fresh spinach OR 1 can spinach
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 tsp. sugar
Instructions
  1. Cook fresh spinach and drain. Sprinkle flour over cooked spinach and chop fine. Place all ingredients except egg in saucepan and simmer 5 minutes while stirring. When thickened serve with chopped hard boiled egg sprinkled over top.
