MIXED NUT BARS
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¾ c. brown sugar
  • ½ c. oleo
  • 2 c. mixed nuts (1 can).
TOPPING:
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
  • ½ c. white Karo
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
Instructions
  1. Mix the flour, salt, brown sugar, and oleo well and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle over top about 2 cups mixed nuts (1 can).
  2. TOPPING:
  3. Melt the topping ingredients together and pour over nuts on baked crust. Bake 10 minutes more at 350 degrees.
