MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 large can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
- 1 pt. jar marshmallow creme
- 1 c. chopped nutmeats
- ½ lb. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Boil the sugar and evaporated milk, stirring constantly, 8 minutes or until a drop in water will jell (238 degrees.) In another bowl, have remaining ingredients combined and ready. Pour boiled mixture over chocolate chip marshmallow mixture. Stir until smooth, no beating is required, Add nutmeats. Pour into large greased pan and cool. This makes about 4 lbs. of fudge.
