LIME, GINGER ALE, ICE-CREAM SALAD
 
Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs. lime gelatin
  • ¾ c. hot water
  • ¾ c. ginger ale
  • 1 (#2)can (13 oz.) crushed, drained pineapple
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • ¾ c. chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add ginger ale. Stir in ice cream. Chill until partially set (10 minutes). Fold in the crushed pineapple and pecans. Pour into two 1 quart molds or 2 quart molds. Refrigerate.
