LIME GELATIN
Serves: 12 servings.
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ lb. marshmallows
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 package lime flavored gelatin
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (#2) can undrained crushed pineapple (cooled)
  • 1 c. whipped cream
  • ⅔ c. mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Melt marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler. Pour hot mixture over lime flavored gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese and stir until cheese dissolves. Add pineapple, whipped cream, and mayonnaise. Chill until firm.
