LETTUCE SALAD
 
Ingredients
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • ½ c. celery
  • ½ c. green pepper
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • onion
  • 2 c. salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 8 pieces bacon, browned & crumbled
  • 4 oz. cheese, grated
Instructions
  1. Layer: Lettuce, celery, green pepper, peas, onion and dressing. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar on top. Top with cheese and bacon. Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours. Don't toss.
