JUDY'S ONE-STEP POUND CAKE
 
Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon rind (or orange)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. butter or margarine
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2¼ c. flour
  • powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except powedered sugar together and beat well (4-5 minutes). Place in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle With powdered sugar when cooled.
