HADLEY'S HOT COCOA mix

Ingredients
  • 8 qt. (11 c.) size dry milk powder
  • 6 or 7 oz. powdered coffee creamer (1-1/4 c.)
  • 1 box Quik (1 lb. or 2-1/2 c.) cocoa mix
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Mix well. Store in airtight container. Place mix in cup or mug (equal to ⅓ total volume). Fill with hot water.
Notes
Kathleen Hadley recommends adding ½ cup of plain cocoa to the mix, "makes it more chocolaty".
