FLUFFY CHOCOLATE FROSTING
- ¼ c. butter
- 1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2½ sq. melted chocolate
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 egg whites
- Cream butter and half of powdered sugar. Add vanilla, chocolate, salt and milk; mix well. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Then beat in remaining half of sugar a little at a time. Keep beating until mixture stands in peaks. Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites. Spread.
