FLUFFY CHOCOLATE FROSTING
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ c. butter
  • 1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2½ sq. melted chocolate
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 egg whites
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and half of powdered sugar. Add vanilla, chocolate, salt and milk; mix well. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Then beat in remaining half of sugar a little at a time. Keep beating until mixture stands in peaks. Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites. Spread.
