FLUFFY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ c. nuts optional)
- 3½ - 4 c. flour
- 6 oz. (1 c.) chocolate chips
- Cream shortening, oil and sugars. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips (I prefer the miniature chips). Bake at 350 degrees until golden.
