ELEGANT SCALLOPED CORN
- ¾ c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- ½ c. chopped celery
- ½ c. chopped onion
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- In bowl, mix cheese, corn, cracker crumbs, celery and onion. Stir in eggs, milk and melted butter or margarine; mix well. Place in 2 quart casserole dish, well greased. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
