EASY BAKED POTATOES
 
Ingredients
  • 2 (12 oz.) packages of frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 3 c. half & half cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • grated Parmesean cheese
Instructions
  1. Thaw potatoes. Heat half & half and margarine. Add salt. Place thawed potatoes in a thin layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish or pan. Pour cream mixture over potatoes and sprinkle top generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
