DOUBLE COOKIES
 
Ingredients
  • ¾ c. butter
  • ¼ c. Crisco
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • ½ egg white (whip with fork)
FROSTING:
  • Powdered sugar
  • Butter
  • Hot cream
  • Salt
  • Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Roll in tiny balls. Press down with fork and bake until done, about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. Put together with frosting: Powdered sugar and butter softened with hot cream, salt and vanilla. Color pale green.
