DAD'S SWEDISH MEAT BALLS
- ¾ lb. ground beef
- ½ lb. ground pork, lean
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- ¾ c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. grated celery
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. allspice
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Dissolve bouillon cube in a little water. Soak crumbs in milk. Mix all together and form into small balls. Fry in butter until brown. Drain and make gravy on the frying grease.
