COOKED CARROT SALAD
Serves: 10-12
 
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. carrots, cleaned & cooked
  • 1 raw green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 onion, sliced in rings
MARINADE:
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • ½ c. salad oil
  • ¾ c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp. salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight. Keeps several weeks.
