COOKED CARROT SALAD
- 2 lbs. carrots, cleaned & cooked
- 1 raw green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 onion, sliced in rings
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- ½ c. salad oil
- ¾ c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp. salt & pepper
- Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight. Keeps several weeks.
