COCKTAIL MEATBALLS
 
Ingredients
  • 3 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 egg
  • cracker or bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 can Parmesan cheese (sm. can), grated
  • 3 cans golden mushroom soup
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except soup and form into small balls. Brown in skillet. Drain grease. Add soup and simmer on stove 30 minutes. Makes about 100 meatballs.
