CHERRY STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. flour, sifted
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 2 tbsp. butter
- ¼ c. flour
- ¼ c. sugar
- Make coffee cake by combining butter, sugar and eggs; mix well. Blend in the flour, baking powder and salt. Spread in a greased and floured 9x13x2 inch pan. Spoon pie filling in mounds on top of batter. Make topping by combining ingredients. Sprinkle over cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
