CHERRY SALAD
 
Ingredients
  • 2 boxes cherry Jell-O
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 can cherry pie mix
Topping:
  • 12 large marshmallows, cut up
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup cream, whipped
  • chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Stir in cherry pie mix. Put in a large bowl or 9x13 inch pan. Chill until firmly set.
  2. TOPPING:
  3. In double boiler, melt cut up marshmallows. Cool. Fold in room-temperature cream cheese and whipped cream. Spread over set Jell-O. Top with chopped nuts.
