CASSEROLE BAKE CHOP SUEY
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 2-1/2 c. boiling, water
- ½ 1b. ground beef
- ½ lb. ground pork
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 large onions
- 2 c. celery
- 1 can mushroom soup (1 can water)
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- Cover rice with hot water. Let stand while preparing other ingredients. Brown meat. Add celery and onions. Let simmer 5 minutes. Add soy sauce (is salty so use no more salt), the mushroom soup and mushrooms. Drain rice and mix with other ingredients. Put into covered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. After ½ hour, stir well.
