EASY VEGETABLE STEAK SOUP
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- ¾ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic salt
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 46 oz. can V-8 juice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Brown beef and onion together in skillet and drain off any fat. Add remaining ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about an hour.
