DUSTY'S ANISE CANDY
Ingredients
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 c. white corn syrup
- 1-1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. anise oil
- Red food coloring
Instructions
- Combine sugar, syrup and water and boil to 310 degrees, until crack stage. Add coloring and anise oil. Pour onto oiled jelly roll pan. Score with pizza cutter or knife as it hardens so it is easier to break into small pieces. After cracking into pieces, dust with powdered sugar.
