CORNED BEEF DINNER
Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. macaroni
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, chopped
- ¼ lb. American cheese, cubed
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- ¼ c. chopped onion
- ¾ c. buttered bread crumbs
Instructions
- Cook macaroni in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse. Combine remaining ingredients except the crumbs. Alternate layers of meat and combined ingredients in a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley and olives slices.
