COCKTAIL MEATBALLS
- 3 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 egg
- cracker or bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 can Parmesan cheese (sm. can), grated
- 3 cans golden mushroom soup
- Combine all ingredients except soup and form into small balls. Brown in skillet. Drain grease. Add soup and simmer on stove 30 minutes. Makes about 100 meatballs.
