CHINESE VEGETABLES
- 1 lb. pork
- 2 c. green beans
- 2 c. celery
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. bead molasses
- 1 bouillon cube
- Salt and pepper
- Cut pork into slivers. Salt and pepper and brown in oil. Sliver beans and celery and add to meat with soy sauce and molasses and bouillon cube. Simmer until meat is done. Serve over rice sprinkled with Chinese noodles.
