CHINESE HAMBURGER
Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1-1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ c. raw rice
- 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
Instructions
- Brown hamburger in 2 tablespoons of oil or butter until crumbly. Add all ingredients; mix well. Put in greased casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover. Bake 30 minutes more. Spread can of Chinese noodles over the top. Bake 15 minutes more.
