CHICKEN CASSEROLE
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ½ pkg. dry onion soup mix
- ½ c. milk
- 1 c. Minute Rice
- Dilute the two cans of soup with the milk and add the rice and put into a casserole. Put pieces of raw cut-up frying chicken on top. Sprinkle with the onion soup mix. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
