CHERRY SALAD
Ingredients
- 2 boxes cherry Jell-O
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 can cherry pie mix
Topping:
- 12 large marshmallows, cut up
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup cream, whipped
- chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Stir in cherry pie mix. Put in a large bowl or 9x13 inch pan. Chill until firmly set.
- TOPPING:
- In double boiler, melt cut up marshmallows. Cool. Fold in room-temperature cream cheese and whipped cream. Spread over set Jell-O. Top with chopped nuts.
