CHERRY CUSTARD DESSERT
Ingredients
- 1¼ c. flour
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- Vanilla pudding, not instant
- Milk, a little less than package calls for
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Cool whip
Instructions
- Blend flour, oleo, and sugar thoroughly and pat into 9x9 inch square pan. Bake 20-22 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
- Make vanilla pudding (not instant) using a little less milk than package directions call for. Cool and pour over baked crust. Pour 1 can thickened pie cherries (pie filling) over the custard. Serve with Cool Whip on top. (This is also good with thickened blueberries.)
