BUSY DAY CUBED BEEF CASSEROLE
Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak, cut into bite-size cubes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- ½ c. cooking sherry
- ½ pkg. dried onion soup mix
- sliced mushrooms, optional
Instructions
- Mix soups with sherry and onion soup mix and pour over meat in casserole dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours with dish covered.
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles. Do not salt rice or noodles. Can add sliced mushrooms to soup mixture, if desired.
