BEEF SPREAD-A-BURGERS
Ingredients
- ½ lbs. hamburger
- 1 can tomato soup
- ⅓ c. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper
- 8 frankfurter buns, split & toasted
Instructions
- Combine beef, soup, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish and salt in medium sized bowl. Mix lightly with fork until well blended. Spread evenly on halves of buns. Broil 4 inches from heat for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve at once.
