ANNA'S POTATIS KORV
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 lb. pork sausage or ground pork
- raw potatoes, peeled & ground
- onion, to taste
- 1 can chicken broth
- Combine the meat and ground potatoes. Use the same amount of potatoes as meat (by measure, and not by weight). Add the onion, salt and pepper to taste. Stuff in casing.
- Simmer 30 minutes in 1 can chicken broth and 1 can water. Prick with fork before cooking.
